The brief
A cyclone-rated circular wall for a Top End build. The radius had to be exact and the load path had to satisfy the engineer.
A perfect circle in reinforced block, engineered to cyclone load. Every block set by eye, no set-out template. The kind of job most won't quote on.

Coursing the circle
Each block was placed to hold the radius while keeping core-fill alignment for the rebar. Half-bond carried through the curve, so every vertical joint landed clean.

Engineering
Worked direct with the engineer on rebar placement and core-fill spec. Category C wind rating signed off on completion.
